[Note] We completed the transfer of our client's trademark right. The counterparty was an interested party that had filed an invalidation trial against some of the designated goods/services of our client's trademark right. After receiving a notice of preliminary rejection for its own trademark application, the counterparty filed an invalidation trial against our client's trademark right, as it needed the mark for its business.

After analyzing the rights, including a review of the validity of the trademark right and the counterparty's potential trademark infringement, we negotiated the transfer and completed it at an appropriate price.
